The Gemstones Collection includes 5 shades of glistening delight for your spinning pleasure! The Gemstones Collection contains Black Shetland, Black Baby Alpaca, and Mulberry Silk in equal proportions. The shetland is softer than you'd expect shetland to be; combined with the alpaca and silk, it creates a wonderfully sleek and strong fiber that is neck-soft for me (your experience may differ). It felts gorgeously, too! The silk doesn't shrink while felting, so it creates interesting crinkly ripples if you're wet- or nuno-felting.
